Council deadline creeping closer for financial plan survey
NORTHERN Grampians Shire Council has made a commitment to deeper more meaningful community engagement than has been the case previously and it has been an area that residents of St. Arnaud in particular have been most dissatisfied with according to the results of the Community Satisfaction Survey.
