Isolation and the transience of life are themes of new photography exhibition
A new exhibition opened at the Raillery Hub on Saturday, this one by Ian Kemp and the opening was to be conducted by the Mayor of the Northern Grampians Shire Council, however, he called in ill with the flu and Jo Postlethwaite undertook the duties to open the exhibition.
