Parks Victoria review spells hope for retaining Upper Teddington
WITH the announcement by Minister for the Environment Steve Dimopoulos of a review into Parks Victoria for failing to meet community expectations has sparked hope that the decision to decommission the Upper Teddington Reservoir without any community engagement could be overturned
