Safety issues at Senior Citizens was high on agenda of SCAN
THE exit tripping hazard, a general safety issue, was the topic of conversation at the last SCAN meeting where Cr. Murray Emerson talked about how video surveillance currently being organised was only around the St. Arnaud Town Hall and council facilities as Northern Grampians Shire Council cars are getting damaged regularly when stored overnight in Market Square.
