Trouble in Council with call to appoint a Local Government Monitor
TENSIONS are rising inside the chambers of the Northern Grampians Shire Council (NGSC) with one of the two female councillors calling for the State Government to appoint a monitor to council, as she believes that the complaints process is flawed.
Cr. Lauren Dempsey has called for a Monitor to be appointed to Northern Grampians Shire Council after months of unresolved conflict.
